We are currently working on an outstanding opportunity with a top-tier Magic Circle firm in Saudi Arabia, which is looking to hire a Senior Associate to join its Banking and Finance practice.
This prestigious firm is recognised globally for its market-leading legal expertise, innovative mindset, and consistent delivery of world-class client service. This role is ideally suited for a senior banking and finance lawyer who is looking to take the next step in their career, working on complex and high-profile matters within a collaborative and ambitious team.
As a Senior Associate, you will be involved in advising on cross-border banking and finance transactions throughout the MENA region, with a strong emphasis on Islamic finance and Saudi market expertise. This is a key hire for the firm, offering a fantastic platform to work on landmark deals and build long-term client relationships.
The Ideal Associate / Lawyer:

5+ years’ PQE

Qualified in England & Wales or Saudi Arabia

Excellent academic background

Experience gained at a leading international or top-ranked law firm

Strong exposure to Islamic finance and/or Saudi banking and finance transactions is highly desirable
