Job Title: Battery Pack & Module Teardown Technician

Monday–Friday, 7am–4pm

Key Responsibilities
- Disassemble and analyze battery modules and packs for failure analysis
- Operate test equipment including thermal analysis tools and environmental chambers
- Ensure lab safety and perform risk assessments for high-voltage components
- Collaborate with engineers to improve battery safety and performance
- Document findings and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in battery teardown, assembly, or technical roles
- Comfortable working with high-voltage systems (up to 1,000V)
- Skilled in mechanical fabrication, assembly, and use of diagnostic tools
- Understanding of battery failure modes (thermal, electrical, mechanical)
