Billing Operations Analyst

Mon–Fri, 8 AM–5 PM
Hybrid:
4 days onsite / 1 day remote

12-month contract (Mar 2026–Mar 2027)
Pay:
28-33 USD per hour
Position Overview
This role supports daily billing operations, ensuring accurate and timely billing, strong data integrity, and compliance with financial and regulatory standards. The position works closely with finance and revenue teams and plays a key role in audits, reconciliations, and system updates.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily billing operations and resolve system issues
- Generate and review billing batches for accuracy
- Reconcile billing data with revenue reports and financial close activities
- Audit customer accounts and billing processes
- Implement rate changes, taxes, and regulatory surcharges
- Ensure compliance with data governance and cybersecurity policies
- Maintain internal billing knowledge base and best practices
- Support additional billing/finance tasks as needed
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of related billing or finance experience
