Job Description
Seeking a Business Analyst Associate to support operational analysis and decision-making activities within the business unit. This role works under the guidance of senior analysts and leadership, contributing to process improvements, reporting, and project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct basic operational analyses to support data-driven decisions.
- Participate in small to medium-scale special projects.
- Perform quantitative and qualitative research to support business objectives.
- Assist in process design, updates, and workflow modifications.
- Develop and maintain standardized reports using established tools and methodologies.
Requirements
- 1 year of related experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to follow established tools and techniques.
