Job Overview
This role supports cross-functional projects designed to drive meaningful business change. Responsibilities vary in scope and complexity and may include requirements gathering, troubleshooting, test development and execution, and project coordination.
The individual will become a subject matter expert in all billing options for FPL and FPL NW, ensuring operational excellence and seamless customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the application testing process for internal and external systems, including full end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Execute test scripts, accurately document defects, and perform efficient retesting
- Partner with IT and business teams to resolve real-time technical issues and perform root cause analysis
- Ensure all processes and procedures are clearly documented
- Develop a strong understanding of technical solutions and identify potential failure points
- Support BPO applications and processes related to the XD project through comprehensive UAT
Qualifications
Required:
- 1–3 years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proven follow-through and ability to multi-task
Preferred:
- SAP knowledge
- Exposure to Agile development methodology
