This role involves conducting advanced operational analyses and leading medium to large project teams to support data-driven decision-making within the business unit. Key responsibilities include reviewing and approving analytical findings for presentation to senior leadership, performing statistical analyses, and coordinating with other departments on cross-functional initiatives. The position may also include mentoring and guiding junior analysts. Candidates with 5 to 8 years of related experience and a bachelor’s degree are preferred.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in Salesforce solutions, with a focus on integrations across platforms such as SAP, MuleSoft, UCDP, and other enterprise systems.
- Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into detailed technical specifications.
- Ensure seamless data flow, system connectivity, and process alignment across the enterprise.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate requirements for Salesforce implementations.
- Assess and optimize existing business processes, leveraging Salesforce capabilities.
- Lead workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and user story development.
- Partner with architects, developers, and QA teams to design, implement, and test Salesforce integrations with SAP, MuleSoft, UCDP, and related platforms.
- Safeguard data integrity, security, and compliance across interconnected systems.
- Support configuration, testing, user acceptance, and deployment activities.
- Serve as a liaison between technical and business teams to ensure requirements are met on time and within scope.
