Pay Range:$33.50-$38.50/hr
Stakeholder Engagement & Customer Coordination
- Acted as primary liaison between contractors and customers, coordinating communication, resolving access issues, and scheduling inspection appointments
- Managed customer access challenges, including permissions, notifications, and approvals, ensuring accurate documentation and tracking
- Utilized customer contact data to proactively schedule inspections, reducing unnecessary field visits and improving operational efficiency
- Maintained and prioritized records of inspection constraints, supporting process improvements and performance tracking
Constraint Tracking & Exception Management
- Created geospatial mappings (.kmz files) and performed spatial data analysis (Excel, ArcGIS) to identify potential access constraints
- Generated and managed work orders, providing vendors with detailed instructions (appointments, access codes, contact information)
- Monitored constrained inspections to mitigate compliance risks and ensure delivery against risk commitments
- Supported development of data management tools to enhance reporting accuracy and timeliness
- Identified and coordinated follow-up actions across stakeholders within the inspection workflow
Data Analysis & Issue Resolution
- Validated inspection data across dashboards (SAS, Power BI) and ensured accuracy through to resolution
- Investigated and resolved data discrepancies using systems such as SAP, InspectApp, and EZYViewer
- Collaborated with internal inspection teams and IT to troubleshoot system sync issues and track resolutions
