The Business Analyst conducts operational and financial analyses to enable informed decision-making within the business unit. This role leverages data-driven insights to support strategic initiatives, process improvements, and business performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead medium to large special projects, including quantitative and qualitative research, process design, and report development.
- Apply standardized methodologies to collect, analyze, and present data to generate actionable business insights.
- Work extensively with data analysis, market intelligence, and modeling to inform business strategies.
- Transform qualitative information into defined quantitative data points using all available sources.
- Utilize databases to derive insights such as demand modeling, locational analysis, segment analysis, growth modeling, and propensity modeling.
- Drive initiatives to enhance the customer data environment by improving tools, capabilities, and processes.
- Collect, organize, and analyze data to support business decision-making.
- Develop reports and dashboards using tools such as Excel, Power BI, and SQL to track business performance.
- Support special projects focused on demand modeling, locational analysis, and segment evaluation.
- Provide actionable reports and recommendations to optimize project execution and resource allocation.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
- 0–5 years of experience in business analysis, data management, or process improvement.
- Strong research skills, problem-solving abilities, and an organized approach to data processing and reporting.
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL, and other analytical tools is highly desirable.
