We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Business Operations Analyst to support the Development Business Operations team for the Salesforce CRM platform. This role is critical in analyzing business processes, gathering and validating requirements, performing data analysis and reporting, and supporting agile collaboration between business and IT teams. The analyst will also be responsible for conducting user training and demos to drive effective use of Salesforce.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement within the Salesforce CRM platform.
- Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder engagement.
- Conduct testing and validation of CRM enhancements and updates.
- Perform data analysis and generate reports to support informed business decisions.
- Collaborate closely with business units and IT teams using agile methodologies.
- Lead medium to large project teams, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Mentor and guide junior analysts on best practices and project execution.
- Deliver user training sessions and system demonstrations to enhance Salesforce adoption.
- Coordinate across business units to support initiatives and ensure consistency in execution.
Desired Background
- 5 to 8 years of related experience in business operations, analytics, or a similar role.
- 3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM preferred.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional projects and analyses.
- Strong understanding of data analysis techniques and tools.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in agile project environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
