Business Development Manager

We’re partnering with a well-established business within the food and consumer space, currently looking to hire a Business Development Manager to join their team.
This is a commercially focused role with a mix of new business and customer growth, where you’ll play a key part in driving revenue, building relationships, and supporting go-to-market activity across key channels.
What you’ll be doing:
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Managing and growing existing customer relationships
- Supporting in-market activity to drive brand and product performance
- Working closely with external partners to deliver strong commercial outcomes
- Monitoring performance, budgets, and commercial initiatives
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in FMCG / food / consumer products (or similar)
- A blend of commercial, customer-facing, and growth-focused experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Proactive & driven with ability to work independently
