On Site Monday - Thursday. Remote Friday.

In this role, you will manage and support claims-related activities, focusing on investigating and resolving incidents involving damage to company property, facilities, and equipment. Responsibilities also include handling aspects of general liability claims and supporting recovery efforts. Key responsibilities include:
- Investigating incidents involving damage to facilities, property, and equipment, and pursuing recovery from responsible third parties.
- Managing general liability claims, including:
- Personal injury
- Bodily injury
- Property damage
- Business interruption losses
- Analyzing claims to determine the extent of liability and insurance exposure.
- Negotiating and attempting to reach settlements with claimants.
- Overseeing claims processing and coordinating payments to third-party providers.
- Monitoring and reviewing charges to ensure accuracy and proper claims payment.
- Preparing and issuing denial letters and follow-up requests for additional information.
Essential Duties and Job Functions
- Conduct thorough investigations and analysis of claims related to property damage and liability.
- Evaluate claim details to determine coverage, liability, and financial exposure.
- Set up and maintain claim files in accordance with internal procedures.
- Review payment reports to ensure accuracy, compliance, and proper documentation.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external parties to resolve claims efficiently.
- Ensure timely communication with claimants, including status updates and documentation requests.
- Support recovery and subrogation efforts where applicable.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.

- Knowledge of insurance principles, claims handling, and liability assessment.
- Proficiency in reviewing financial data and payment accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Education & Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
- General liability claims
- Bodily injury claims
- Motor vehicle accident claims
- Subrogation or insurance-related work
- Relevant experience in claims analysis, insurance, or risk management preferred.
