Responsible for overseeing and managing all construction activities at a project site, primarily performed by contractors and vendors. This includes ensuring work quality, schedule adherence, safety compliance, and effective resource utilization. Key responsibilities include:

Project Oversight: Monitor construction progress, quality, and safety; validate completed work; manage walk-downs and contractor payments.

Leadership: Lead and coach Construction Supervisors; communicate goals and assess team performance.

Coordination: Collaborate with engineers, EPCs, and other stakeholders to resolve RFIs, change orders, and ensure project success.

Quality & Safety: Enforce safety standards, perform inspections, maintain QA/QC documentation, and identify hazards.

Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, civil, and structural drawings; familiar with substation-specific components (e.g., breaker pads, containment pits).

Administrative Duties: Maintain records, support material procurement, report on performance and lessons learned, and assist with project closeout and commissioning.

Skills & Abilities: Effective communicator, conflict resolver, proficient in MS Office, and physically capable of working in hazardous environments.
