Job Responsibilities:
In this role, you will manage and administer contractor-related agreements within the Supply Chain function. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading contract administration activities, including:
o Creating, reviewing, and processing Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contracts.
o Managing Pipeline and Facilities Construction contracts.
o Reviewing Purchase Order (PO) agreements and related documentation.
o Providing mark-ups and feedback on non-standard contractual language. - Identifying contractual risks and legal issues while coordinating approvals across legal, insurance, safety, and compliance teams.
- Ensuring all contracts are processed accurately, timely, and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Essential Duties and Job Functions:
- Draft contracts, amendments, and contractual correspondence, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate and manage contract documentation, including exhibits and supporting materials, in both electronic and hard copy formats.
- Ensure agreements are properly authorized and all terms are accurately recorded in company systems.
- Maintain compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements for contract documentation, tracking, and reporting.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding contract-related inquiries and issues.
- Partner with audit, tax, legal, and accounting teams to support contract processes and compliance.
- Manage the contract review lifecycle, ensuring timely approvals and execution.
- Participate in special projects and generate ad-hoc reports as required.
- Apply knowledge of contract language, clauses, and transactional impacts to support business decisions.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word (Track Changes) and Excel (advanced functions).
- Experience with Workshare Compare, Adobe Acrobat, and DocuSign.
- Strong understanding of contract terminology, structures, and administrative procedures.
- Excellent proofreading, auditing, and document accuracy skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
- Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across all organizational levels.

Education & Experience:
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Contract Administrator or Legal Assistant.
- Experience drafting and managing EPC, construction, or similar agreements is required.
- Oil and gas industry experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent business experience.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
