Contract Opportunity - Property Systems Analyst - £500pd umbrella - London/ Bristol or Manchester
A large UK bank is looking for a Property Systems Analyst to join as they implement a new property management system.
The ideal candidate:
- Experience of a Property Management system: Yardi/ Qube/ Realpage
- A genuine systems mindset/ability to learn new systems
- Managed systems, configuration, writing reports
- Experienced in repairs, maintenance, management
- Inquisitive nature, needs experience but willing to learn
- Change management/ JIRA experience
- PowerBI - would be advantageous
