Our client, a leading energy solutions provider recognized for innovation and customer commitment, is seeking Customer Service Representatives to join their Houston-based team.
Job Description
This position involves handling non-routine customer inquiries, requests, and complaints related to billing and company policies. It requires sound judgment, attention to detail, and a focus on effective communication and customer satisfaction.
Employees in this role play an essential part in maintaining strong customer relationships and mitigating revenue risk. You will assist customers with billing inquiries, account updates, and service questions while adhering to company procedures and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve customer requests, inquiries, and complaints with professionalism and accuracy.
- Handle situations requiring adaptability and sound decision-making.
- Assist customers with billing, online account management, and mobile app inquiries.
- Accurately record and process account commitments.
- Meet daily performance metrics and schedule adherence targets.
- Collaborate with team members and provide guidance to less experienced staff when needed.
- Identify and report fraudulent activity or discrepancies.
- Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of relevant experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)

- Experience in a customer service or call center environment
