Position Summary
The Customer Service Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for customers, providing information regarding products and services, resolving inquiries, and handling customer complaints. This role is responsible for identifying customer issues, providing solutions when possible, coordinating follow-up activities, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. The position may support inbound, outbound, or blended customer service operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve customer service and billing complaints by exchanging merchandise, refunding money, adjusting bills, and providing appropriate solutions.
- Contact customers to respond to inquiries and communicate claim investigation results and planned adjustments.
- Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation and resolution.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, including inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken.
- Gather and review relevant information to assess the validity of complaints and determine potential causes.
- Promote and solicit sales of new or additional products and services when appropriate.

Education & Experience
