The Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Digital Business Analyst to play a key role in shaping and optimising digital platforms that directly enhance customer outcomes. You’ll work at the intersection of business and technology, ensuring solutions are user-centric, scalable, and aligned to broader transformation goals.


The Role

You’ll support the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of digital platform functionality, translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements and driving better user experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Gathering and analysing business requirements, translating them into user stories and functional specifications
  • Facilitating workshops and collaborating with stakeholders to identify opportunities for service and process improvement
  • Mapping user journeys and defining UX requirements to support intuitive platform design
  • Analysing platform capabilities and recommending enhancements to improve performance and usability
  • Documenting processes, data flows, and system integrations
  • Producing high-quality documentation including process maps, business cases, and backlog items
  • Supporting agile delivery through backlog refinement and close collaboration with technical teams

About You

You’ll be a collaborative and proactive Business Analyst with experience working across digital or transformation programmes.

We’re particularly interested in candidates who bring:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst within digital delivery environments
  • Financial Services experience
  • Strong ability to bridge business and technical teams
  • Experience improving digital customer journeys or contact centre services
  • Understanding of APIs, data flows, and system integrations
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Experience working in Agile environments
