Exciting opportunity to join one of our top clients within their International Communications team and gain hands-on experience across internal marketing and digital communications. The Email & Web Specialist will be responsible for creating, deploying, and maintaining internal email campaigns across APAC. The role also supports web-based communications for employee programs and events, and contributes to developing tools, processes, and frameworks to improve operational efficiency and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute internal email campaigns across multiple regions

Manage email campaigns from setup through testing, deployment, and reporting

Build and maintain HTML email templates, ensuring campaigns align with brand guidelines

Plan and maintain email marketing calendars and optimize send schedules

Create and manage automated, multi-touch, targeted email campaigns

Work with creative and communications teams to optimize web content, template design, and assets

Recommend and implement email best practices and stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends

Utilize internal messaging platforms to support communication initiatives
Required Skills & Experience:

4+ years’ experience in email marketing, internal communications, or database marketing

Relevant BA/BS degree preferred

Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL

Understanding of HTML email best practices and willingness to expand skills

Experience with email marketing platforms (specific platform experience a plus, but not required)

Strong data orientation, with experience in segmentation, analysis, and reporting
