We are working with a leading financial institution and seeking an experienced employment lawyer to join the legal team. This is a broad and high-profile role, advising on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters across the organisation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing advice on complex employment law issues
- Managing employment tribunal claims and partnering with HR and business stakeholders on contentious matters and investigations.
- Drafting and reviewing employment contracts and policies.
- Monitoring and interpreting employment-related regulatory changes.
Skills required:
- Qualified lawyer with at 3+ years’ PQE in employment law, gained in a leading law firm or in-house legal team.
- Strong experience in both contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
- Background in financial services or another regulated environment is desirable.
