Hydrogen are working with a leading Investment Manager who are seeking a highly qualified and driven Employment Lawyer to join their well respected legal team in a VP level position. This an excellent opportunity for a lawyer looking for a broad and exciting in-house role where you will support the EMEA business across their full range of employment matters.
As a member of the Employment team you will be responsible for managing stakeholder relationships across the business and will be exposed to a wide range of contentious and non contentious matters including grievances, performance management, disciplinaries, flexible working applications, redundancies, mutual separation agreements, TUPE transfers, Employment Tribunal and Labour Court litigation, ACAS early conciliation and much more.
Skills required:
- A minimum of 3years PQE gained either in private practice or in-house.
- Comprehensive and relevant employment law experience.
- Exposure to working with senior stakeholders and comfortable with advising board level members on a regular basis.
