Job Responsibilities:
In this role, you will support the Global Talent and Executive Recruitment team by identifying and engaging high-calibre candidates for senior leadership roles.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building longlists of potential candidates using LinkedIn, internal databases, and other sourcing tools.
- Conducting market mapping and competitor analysis to identify talent pools.
- Applying Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques to uncover passive candidates.
- Drafting and sending personalized outreach messages to potential candidates.
- Conducting initial screening to assess candidate interest and qualifications.
- Maintaining accurate records of outreach activity and candidate responses.
- Partnering with Talent Scouts and Recruiters to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
- Sharing updates on sourcing progress, market feedback, and pipeline status.
- Supporting interview scheduling and coordination when needed.
- Using recruitment platforms (such as Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter) to manage candidate data.
- Ensuring compliance with GDPR and internal data-handling policies.
Essential Duties and Job Functions: - Perform proactive research and sourcing for executive-level roles across multiple business functions.
- Compile talent decks and market insights to inform recruitment strategies.
- Conduct outreach campaigns and manage candidate pipelines effectively.
- Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring teams to deliver top-quality shortlists.
- Track key sourcing metrics and maintain organized candidate data for reporting and compliance.
Knowledge & Skills: - Strong sourcing, research, and networking abilities.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, and other sourcing tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of Boolean logic and creative sourcing techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with global teams.
- Understanding of GDPR and data privacy regulations.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
Education & Experience: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 2–3 years of experience in sourcing or executive research, preferably in a corporate or life sciences environment.
- Proven experience identifying and engaging senior-level talent.
- Familiarity with executive search methodologies and market intelligence practices is highly desirable.
