Our client is a large international bank and they are looking to hire an experienced paralegal to join their highly regarded legal team as a 'go to' Paralegal for a 12 month fixed term contract with a view to go permanent.
The successful candidate will be working in a tight-knit team and sitting closely with the business. Responsibilities include carrying out legal research and assisting in drafting and reviewing a wide range of legal documentation such as NDA's, as well as general banking and derivative documentation and transactional support. You will also help manage relationships with external third parties, particularly panel law firms.
Skills required
- Strong academics, achieved a 2:1 or above at a top university
- At least 1 year experience gained as a Paralegal.
- Experience working in the finance or corporate department of a law firm or in a bank would be highly advantageous but this is not mandatory.
- Available to start at short notice.
