The team are widely recognised as market-leading for their creditor-side practice that houses certified experts in bond and noteholder work. The team also act for institutional lenders and hedge funds, and are well regarded for their expertise in cross-jurisdictional restructuring matters.
To be considered, candidates must be a qualified lawyer or currently working towards qualification in England and Wales, with restructuring experience gained at a leading law firm. Strong academic credentials, excellent technical ability, and a commercially focused approach are essential.
