Role Overview
This global HR role focuses on building and managing HR’s “One Source of Truth”
— ensuring HR knowledge, policies, and documentation are accurate, accessible, and standardized across regions.
The role blends knowledge management, HR operations, documentation governance, and light AI initiatives
to improve how employees access HR information.
Key Responsibilities
Knowledge Management
- Develop and maintain HR knowledge systems
- Ensure HR content is accurate, updated, and easy to find
- Standardize global HR documentation
AI & Innovation
- Support AI initiatives in HR (especially ticket deflection and KM tools)
HR Documentation Support
- Partner with global HR teams to standardize policies and processes
- Upload and validate documents in systems (ServiceNow, OneSource of Truth, employee files)
User Experience & Communication
- Simplify complex HR information
- Create user-friendly, actionable content
- Improve employee understanding of HR policies
Document Governance
- Manage document review and approval workflows
- Act as gatekeeper for HR document systems
- Ensure timelines and compliance are met
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in knowledge management, HR operations, or change management
- Strong understanding of HR policies and processes
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Ability to prioritize deadlines
- Comfortable working globally
Nice to Have
- Exposure to AI projects
- German or Spanish language skills
Education
Bachelor’s degree OR strong relevant experience
