This role leads a multi-year, enterprise-wide Identity and Access Management (IAM) transformation, translating security and identity strategy into a structured, outcome-driven execution plan. The position is responsible for aligning IAM initiatives with broader cloud, digital, and security programs while coordinating cross-functionally across business, HR, architecture, security, operations, product, and procurement teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead and orchestrate a multi-year, cross-functional enterprise identity transformation program
- Translate enterprise security and identity strategy into executable roadmaps with defined milestones and measurable outcomes
- Align Identity & Access Management (IAM) initiatives with broader cloud, digital, and security transformation programs
- Coordinate across business units, Human Resources, Enterprise Architecture, Security, Operations, Product, and Procurement
- Partner with stakeholders to intake IAM engagement requests and requirements; collaborate with Product Owners to convert needs into roadmap features and service deliverables
- Drive consensus on priorities, sequencing, and interdependencies across workstreams
- Facilitate governance forums, including steering committees, architecture boards, and working groups
- Identify and resolve cross-team blockers; escalate risks and issues appropriately
- Plan and execute multi-wave IAM rollouts across the enterprise landscape
- Establish and enforce structured rollout cadence (prepare → test → remediate → expand)
- Manage integrated timelines, resources, dependencies, and critical paths
- Design and implement program governance structures, including RACI models and decision rights
- Track and mitigate delivery, operational, compliance, and adoption risks
- Ensure audit readiness and control effectiveness for identity-related processes
- Drive enterprise adoption through coordinated change management strategies
- Communicate program progress, risks, and value realization to stakeholders and executive leadership in business terms
- Define, monitor, and report on program KPIs and success metrics
- Develop executive dashboards and structured status reporting
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based collaboration platforms and enterprise IT infrastructure
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or related discipline required
- 10+ years of experience leading enterprise IT programs, large-scale technology transformations, and business–technology strategy alignment
