San Diego, CA (100% onsite, multiple sites may be required)
Pay Range:$34.50-$39.50/hr

5:30 AM – 2:30 PM
Duration:
2-Year Contract (strong potential to extend)
Overview
Seeking an experienced Industrial Athletic Trainer with an active ATC certification and a background in Kinesiology. Ideal candidates will have experience in corporate fitness, occupational health, industrial environments, or military settings.
Level III: 5–8 years of relevant experience
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
- Identify and help mitigate workplace hazards to maintain a safe working environment
- Support the implementation and maintenance of safety programs and emergency response procedures
- Monitor and maintain safety equipment to ensure operational readiness
- Document and report safety incidents, near misses, and corrective actions
- Deliver employee safety training and promote safe work practices
- Collaborate with supervisors and safety personnel to resolve workplace safety concerns
- Stay current on industry safety regulations and best practices to support proactive risk management
Requirements
- Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC)
- Bachelor’s degree or background in Kinesiology or related field
- Experience in industrial, corporate fitness, occupational health, or military environments preferred
- Strong understanding of workplace safety standards and injury prevention
- Ability to work onsite full-time and travel between local sites as needed
