We’re working with a leading UK law firm to appoint a Senior Associate into its Investment Funds team, with the role based in London.
The team sits within a well-established financial institutions practice and advises fund managers, investors and institutions on the structuring, launch and operation of investment funds across a range of strategies including private equity, venture capital, real estate and hedge funds. The practice is known for handling complex, cross-border matters and supporting clients throughout the full lifecycle of a fund.
This role offers exposure to high-value fund formations, strategic structuring work and ongoing advisory mandates, working closely with experienced partners in a collaborative and well-resourced team.
The ideal candidate will have solid experience advising on private funds matters, with strong technical ability and the confidence to work directly with sophisticated clients.
