Job Summary
A Senior Business Analyst plays a key role in supporting organizational goals by analyzing business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement. This position acts as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that functional specifications align with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct business analysis to identify stakeholder needs and develop solutions
- Gather, review, and analyze data requirements
- Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements
- Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership
- Maintain and document business and functional specifications
- Support testing and rollout of new systems or technology solutions
- Produce reports and deliver stakeholder presentations
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies
