IT Project Manager

Location: Hialeah, FL (Onsite)

Schedule: Standard Office Hours

Duration: 12-Month Contract

Pay Range:$47.50 – $52.50/hr

Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead enterprise technology initiatives and ensure successful delivery of IT programs across multiple business units. This role provides leadership and strategic direction to project teams while overseeing project execution, stakeholder engagement, and governance.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing large-scale IT implementations, working cross-functionally with business stakeholders, and driving projects aligned with enterprise technology objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide IT projects and programs, ensuring alignment with organizational technology strategies and business objectives.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Provide leadership and direction to project teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and provide executive-level project status reporting.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring adherence to governance and compliance standards.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver technology initiatives impacting multiple business units.
• Implement and improve IT governance frameworks and project delivery standards.
• Monitor project progress, manage scope changes, and ensure effective resource utilization.

Required Experience

• 11–15 years of IT project management experience delivering enterprise-level technology initiatives.
• Proven experience leading large-scale IT implementations across multiple business areas.
• Strong background in IT governance, vendor management, and cross-functional leadership.
• Experience developing project roadmaps, budgets, and resource plans.

Technical Skills

• Project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 implementations, including:
  • SharePoint
  • Teams
  • OneDrive
  • Power Platform
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure and cloud-based collaboration tools.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field required.
