Employees in this role support the analysis, coordination, and tracking of change management activities to facilitate and drive user adoption. The position engages stakeholders across all organizational levels by maintaining self-service tools, resources, and communication channels for leaders, change networks, and practitioners.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of change management activities to drive and sustain user adoption.
- Maintain and update change management resources, tools, and communication channels.
- Provide regular updates on key business unit initiatives through established communication platforms.
- Track and report on learning plans, training completion, and effectiveness.
- Measure and monitor employee engagement across collaboration tools and communication channels.
- Assist in coordinating change-related activities and ensuring alignment with project goals.
Requirements
- High school diploma required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Instructional Design, Information Science, Graphic Design, or a related field.
