About the Role
The position covers a wide range of broker-dealer, corporate, and regulatory matters, with a strong focus on CFD. The Legal Director will play a central part in shaping legal strategy, driving business expansion, and maintaining compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
Candidate Profile
- Qualified lawyer (UK or equivalent), trained at a top-tier law firm
- Minimum 9 years PQE, with in-house experience at a CFD/Forex brokerage
- Strong grounding in financial services regulation
- Proven leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
