Our financial services client are currently looking for a IT Support officer to undertake an initial 6 month contract focusing on Level 2 help desk tasks.
Core responsibilities:
- Min 5 years’ experience in IT Helpdesk with significant exposure to Level 2 duties
- Extensive knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking technologies.
- Call logging, incident resolution, service requests and other tasks to provide ICT support services to the business
- Hardware tasks are involved with the ability to support on IT devices and equipment
- Clear communication skills are essential, with the ability to escalate complex customer issues. as necessary.
- Demonstrate awareness of strategic and operational requirements to support the core business.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g. Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate) are a plus.
