We're partnering with a leading technology organisation to find a Lifecycle Marketing & Customer Growth Specialist who will play a key role in driving customer engagement, retention, and growth across a large customer portfolio.

The Opportunity
This role sits at the intersection of customer engagement, lifecycle marketing, and growth strategy.
You'll be responsible for designing and delivering scalable customer programs that support onboarding, retention, renewal, and expansion. Through automated customer journeys, behavioural campaigns, and targeted engagement initiatives, you'll help improve customer outcomes, strengthen retention, and uncover opportunities for growth.
This is a highly visible role with direct exposure to senior stakeholders and clear links to business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and optimise automated customer engagement journeys across the customer lifecycle
- Develop and execute data-driven engagement programs based on customer behaviours and insights
- Create always-on education and nurture campaigns that drive engagement and customer value
- Partner with internal stakeholders to identify customers who may require additional engagement and support
- Deliver targeted retention and growth campaigns focused on measurable commercial outcomes
- Use customer insights and engagement data to identify opportunities within the existing customer base
- Monitor campaign performance and report on key metrics including customer engagement, retention, and growth outcomes
- Support events, webinars, and customer-focused marketing initiatives where required
- Maintain accurate customer and campaign data within CRM systems
About You
We're looking for a commercially minded marketer who enjoys combining creativity, customer insights, and data to drive results.
You'll bring:
- 4+ years' experience in marketing, customer engagement, digital campaigns, customer success, or a related field
- Experience designing and executing customer lifecycle, retention, or engagement programs
- Strong understanding of data-driven marketing and customer engagement principles
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive and curious mindset with a genuine interest in customer experience and business growth
- Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting small-to-medium business customer segments
- Exposure to customer retention, churn reduction, or renewal-focused campaigns
- Experience using customer behaviour, engagement, or usage data to inform marketing activity
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools
- Experience working within a subscription-based, technology, or professional services environment
