LIMS Implementation Project Manager

1-year contract with possibility of multi-year extension or conversion to a permanent position
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 8+ years of proven success leading full-scale Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) implementations. Candidates from any industry will be considered, experience within the pharmaceuticals is preferred.
Responsibilities:

Lead the full lifecycle implementation of a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) to support FFEx building operations, including Clean Utilities (CUB), FP product testing, AP product and materials testing, Warehouse, and QC.

Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to ensure seamless integration and adoption of the LIMS system.

Develop and oversee training programs and execution plans for both static and end users of the Global LIMS platform.

Manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

Monitor and report on project progress, addressing issues and risks promptly.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with specific experience leading LIMS implementation projects.

Strong understanding of LIMS systems, workflows, and user requirements.

Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.

Pharmaceutical industry experience is highly desirable.
