A rare opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Associate to join the London office of a highly ranked international firm. Their corporate practice is consistently recognised as tier 1 and they have a particular strength advising clients within the financial services sector.
The emphasis is on high value, often cross border M&A, alongside related strategic transactions and corporate advisory work. You will work on complex acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and group reorganisations.
The ideal candidate will be 1–6 PQE with strong M&A experience gained at a leading City or international firm. Prior exposure to financial institutions is helpful but not essential.
