Schedule: 1st Shift (6:00am - 4:30pm CST, Monday to Thursday)

Duration: 7-Month Contract

Pay:$20-24/ph



Our client, a leading biotech company, is seeking a Manufacturing Technician I to join their team. In this role, you will perform both routine and complex tasks involved in the GMP manufacturing and packaging of pharmaceutical combination products. This includes hands-on execution and documentation of production activities related to assembly, final packaging, and inspection.



Essential Duties and Job Functions:

  • Follow all manufacturing and quality requirements in compliance with established quality processes.
  • Receive, distribute, and manage supplies within the manufacturing area.
  • Execute the assembly, final packaging, and inspection of pharmaceutical products.
  • Work in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs) while meeting production goals and quality metrics.
  • Accurately document activities following Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and cGMP standards.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned in support of production operations.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Ability to work in a cleanroom or controlled environment requiring special gowning.
  • Strong understanding of documentation importance and data traceability.
  • Familiarity with SOP execution in a manufacturing or assembly setting, preferably in a regulated industry.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills.
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and performing physically active tasks (standing, walking, manual work).
  • Knowledge of Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and cGMP is preferred.

Education & Experience:

  • Required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferred: Prior experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
