Material Coordinator

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 AM
Pay:$20.00/hour
Responsibilities
- Perform inventory control functions under general supervision
- Process cycle counts and warehouse transfer transactions
- Execute all duties in compliance with established procedures
Requirements
- Experience in materials and inventory control; experience in a scientific or chemistry-based manufacturing environment preferred
- Proficiency with computer systems, including ERP software, spreadsheets, and word processing tools
- Knowledge of storekeeping and inventory control procedures
- Strong math skills with excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Familiarity with GMPs, product specifications, and incoming inspection procedures
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience in fast-paced corporate environments with similar responsibilities
- Powered Industrial Truck (forklift) experience preferred
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma required
- 1+ year of relevant experience
