Planner Assistant
Location:
San Diego, CA (Onsite Monday–Thursday)
Schedule:
8-hour day (start time between 6:00–7:00 AM PST)
Duration:
2-year contract (with potential 6-month extension/FTE conversion)
Pay Rate:$27–$32 per hour
Overview
This role sits within the Service Planning Team
under the Customer Service organization. The internal title for this position is Planner Assistant. There is strong potential for full-time conversion based on performance and business needs.
You will be part of a large team and work closely with Service Coordinators, providing key administrative support to help streamline field operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Customer Project Management
- Manage calendars and scheduling
- Assist with documentation for permits
- Prepare invoices and maintain records
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Support scheduling and dispatching of field crews
- Print and organize job packets
- Assist Service Coordinators with ongoing projects
- Contribute to process improvements and special projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Entry-level/junior customer service experience preferred
