We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Architect to lead enterprise solution architecture, governance, and large-scale Power Platform implementations. This role is responsible for defining platform strategy, ensuring best-practice governance, and delivering scalable, secure solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem.
This is a fully onsite role (Monday–Friday), requiring close collaboration with business and IT stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Governance
- Define and own enterprise Power Platform architecture, including Dataverse schema design, security models, ALM, and multi-environment strategies.
- Establish and enforce platform governance, including DLP policies, Center of Excellence (CoE) practices, and application lifecycle management.
- Design scalable, secure solutions across Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven), Power Automate, Power BI, and integrations.
Solution Design
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical architectures and solution designs.
- Drive architectural decisions involving Azure Functions, API Management, Logic Apps, SQL, custom connectors, and third-party integrations.
- Produce detailed solution design documents (SDDs), integration diagrams, ERDs, and deployment blueprints.
Technical Leadership & Oversight
- Provide hands-on technical leadership, including code reviews, best-practice guidance, and design workshops.
- Support UAT, troubleshoot performance and scalability issues, and validate security and compliance.
- Collaborate closely with onsite business and IT teams to refine and validate solutions throughout delivery.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience within the Microsoft ecosystem, including 4+ years focused on Power Platform architecture.
- Deep hands-on expertise with Power Apps (Model-driven and Canvas), Power Automate, Dataverse, and solution packaging/ALM.
- Proven experience integrating Power Platform with SAP, Salesforce, SQL, Azure services, Dynamics 365, and legacy systems.
- Strong experience designing and implementing custom connectors, Azure Functions, and API-based integrations.
- In-depth understanding of Power Platform environments, security roles, permissions, and governance frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work onsite five days per week.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
- Microsoft PL-600 (Power Platform Solution Architect) certification.
- Experience with Copilot Studio, agents, and generative AI integrations.
- Familiarity with UiPath, AWS, or hybrid automation frameworks.
- Experience leading enterprise modernization or large-scale migration initiatives.
