Job Responsibilities:
In this role, you will support daily operations of customer-focused programs, ensuring efficient coordination, high-quality service delivery, and accurate data management. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing high-volume customer interactions across multiple channels (phone, email, chat)
- Supporting program operations, documentation, and reporting activities
- Coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely service delivery
- Maintaining accurate records, databases, and tracking systems
- Assisting with process improvements and program efficiency initiatives
Essential Duties and Job Functions:
- Provide day-to-day operational support for assigned programs
- Process customer requests and inquiries with accuracy and efficiency
- Deliver high-quality customer service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Maintain and update program documentation, records, and filing systems
- Track budgets and assist with reporting and data analysis
- Update and manage program databases and spreadsheets
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
- Prepare materials for training sessions, outreach, and program initiatives
- Assist in organizing program-related events and activities
- Support Program Team Leads, Supervisors, and Advisors with administrative and operational tasks
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and operational processes
- Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
Knowledge & Skills:
- Strong customer service skills, especially in high-volume or call center environments
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently (self-starter)
- Proficiency in data entry, spreadsheets, and general computer systems
- Experience coordinating across teams and managing workflows
Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma required
- 1+ years of customer service or call center experience (high-volume preferred)
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in utilities or energy industry
- Experience supporting program operations or administrative coordination
- Familiarity with CRM systems or customer support tools
