7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday–Friday

About the Role
This is a customer-facing, task-oriented role supporting project teams within a major utility environment. Construction project coordination experience is helpful but not required; backgrounds in business or IT project coordination are also considered. Strong communication, accuracy, and customer service skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Project Support & Coordination
- Support project managers with required tasks and deliverables to ensure project success.
- Attend stakeholder status calls and present project updates.
- Perform ad-hoc reviews and produce ad-hoc reports as needed.
Data Entry & Reporting
- Input and maintain data within tracking systems, project tools, and systems of record, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
- Generate and distribute project status/health reports to internal and external stakeholders.
Stakeholder Communication
- Collaborate with internal teams and external customers on project status and required actions.
- Process and route initial customer submittals to appropriate stakeholders.
- Send and receive project documents, designs, contracts, and supporting materials.
Project Workflow Tasks
- Send easement requests.
- Send contracts and invoices; confirm receipt of payments and executed agreements.
- Release meters to operational personnel.
- Monitor project dependencies and communicate updates.
Qualifications
- Minimum HS Diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ years analytical experience working with and interpreting data sets.
- 2+ years project coordination or project management experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite(Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Experience with database systems(e.g., Access, SAP, or similar).
- Utility industry experience preferred but not required.
