Project Engineer – WH-IL Team
We are seeking a Project Engineer to join the WH-IL team as we transition from design to field-based operations. This role requires a hands-on, self-motivated professional capable of managing projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage small-to-medium scopes of work independently and effectively.

Support Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation (CQV) activities, including room qualifications, material handling systems, and process validation.

Apply Lean/Six Sigma principles for process optimization, flow development, time studies, and resource mapping.

Work with automated warehouse technologies, including ASRS, AGVs, and AMRs.

Contribute to large greenfield capital projects in the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector.

Collaborate with operations teams in material handling, logistics, and warehouse activities.

Own assigned work packages and deliverables while supporting senior staff on larger projects.
Required Experience:

Experience in cGMP warehouse operations within a pharmaceutical environment or relevant project experience in small-to-medium scale projects.

Demonstrated ability to perform independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to evolving project needs.

Knowledge of operational or administrative deliverables with complex outputs.
