Key Responsibilities
- Ensure projects are designed and executed in a safe and reliable manner in partnership with the safety team
- Implement and uphold quality management systems across the project lifecycle
- Oversee engineering and design activities from concept through execution
- Lead project planning efforts and ensure adherence to schedule and milestones
- Manage client relationships, fostering strong communication and long-term partnerships
- Own all financial aspects of the project, working closely with Project Controls
- Administer and manage contract agreements between the client and EPC
- Coordinate with Engineering and Supply Chain on equipment selection and procurement
- Lead cross-functional collaboration between business development, pre-construction, and execution teams
- Support project closeout activities to ensure successful delivery
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, as needed
Qualifications
- 2+ years of Project Management experience
- Experience with energy storage projects, specifically Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)
- Utility-scale project experience required
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite; database experience is a plus
- Familiarity with scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively
