Role Overview
The Project Manager will support onboarding and documentation initiatives by leading a team of Technical Writers, Controls Specialists, and Commissioning Specialists. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, meet quality standards, and align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage project timelines and milestones
- Track progress and resolve risks or delays
- Ensure deliverables meet quality and company standards
- Conduct quality reviews and status reporting
- Provide team feedback and performance guidance
- Drive process improvement initiatives
- Develop reporting frameworks
- Escalate issues when needed
- Serve as main stakeholder contact
Required Skills
- 3+ years of project management experience
- Process optimization experience
- Performance management experience
- Strong data analysis & reporting skills
- Experience supporting learning & development projects
Preferred
- PMP certification or similar
