Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Project/Product Manager to lead complex, high-visibility enterprise initiatives. This role will drive cross-functional teams, develop project strategies and plans, manage scope, schedules, risks, resources, and budgets, and ensure successful delivery of business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale, cross-functional projects from inception through completion.
- Develop project strategies, business cases, roadmaps, schedules, and risk mitigation plans.
- Build and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, dependencies, and interdependencies.
- Facilitate meetings, presentations, and stakeholder discussions to drive alignment and results.
- Track project performance, deliverables, resources, and key metrics.
- Partner with leadership, internal teams, and external vendors to drive solutions and stakeholder buy-in.
- Support business readiness activities, including stakeholder engagement, change management, training, and communications.
- Identify issues and risks, develop mitigation strategies, and drive continuous improvement.
- Hold project teams accountable for milestones, deliverables, and outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience managing projects, programs, or contracts.
- Experience delivering large-scale programs or projects with significant organizational impact.
- Proven experience facilitating cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Experience managing project scope, budget, schedule, resources, and performance reporting.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across all levels of an organization.
- Experience supporting change management and business readiness initiatives.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Project Management certification preferred.
Preferred:
Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
