Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality, client-focused proposal content in response to RFPs and RFIs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business Development, Finance, and subject matter experts
- Translate technical and scientific information into clear, accessible language
- Ensure all content aligns with company standards and client requirements
- Manage multiple deadlines while maintaining accuracy and consistency
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of proposal writing experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
- Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate complex scientific concepts effectively
- Experience with drug product and sterile fill-finish required
