M-F 8-5PM PST (with up to 3 evenings per week for international calls and work as late as 10 PM PST)

About the Role
Our Electrical Hardware Technical Program Management team is looking for a detail-oriented Purchasing Analyst to drive material readiness, purchase requisition/purchase order (PR/PO) management, and supplier performance tracking. You’ll provide critical analysis and reporting to ensure engineering and purchasing teams have what they need to deliver on-time ECU builds.
What You’ll Do
- Process and manage purchase requisitions and orders through ERP systems.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with corporate guidelines.
- Partner with stakeholders to align purchasing activities with project goals.
- Create dashboards and reports to highlight build status, risks, and supplier performance.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and terms.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and potential new suppliers.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with ERP systems and purchase order processing.
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines under pressure.
- Action-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
