Title: Quality Systems Analyst

Location: Irvine, CA

Pay:$40.00-$45.00/hour

Schedule: Standard Office Hours

Duration: 6-Month Contract




In this role, you will provide clerical and administrative support for Product Configuration Services (PCS) activities. You will assist in managing documentation, processing change requests, and ensuring accurate implementation of approved updates within established systems and procedures.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and upload electronic documentation related to change activities
  • Create and process Change Requests and Change Notices within PLM systems, including providing basic content recommendations
  • Support the implementation of approved documentation changes, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to confirm completion of business priorities and updates
  • Verify proper incorporation of changes in accordance with procedures
  • Participate in special projects and complete assigned tasks and deliverables
  • Perform additional administrative duties as required

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer applications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
  • Basic knowledge of policies, procedures, and regulated documentation practices (e.g., medical device or similar regulated environments)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Effective problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
  • Ability to build and maintain stable working relationships
  • Comfortable working in a team environment under supervision
  • Commitment to following company policies, including health, safety, and environmental standards

Scope and Level of Responsibility

  • Works under close and continuous supervision
  • Follows established procedures with limited deviation
  • Escalates non-routine issues or questions to the supervisor
  • Refers situations not covered by standard procedures for guidance
  • Work is regularly reviewed for accuracy, quality, and completeness

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual in Spanish (preferred but not required)
  • Familiarity with PLM systems (e.g., Windchill) is a plus
