A leading global law firm is seeking a mid-level associate to join its London Real Estate Finance practice. The firm is widely recognised for its strength in complex, high-value financing transactions and operates at the top end of the international market.
The team advises major banks, alternative lenders, private equity sponsors and institutional investors on investment and development financings, structured real estate transactions, refinancings and large portfolio deals, frequently with a cross-border element.
This role offers exposure to sophisticated, often multi-jurisdictional matters, working closely with market-leading finance and real estate specialists. Associates are given meaningful responsibility and direct client contact within a collaborative, high-performing environment.
Applicants should have 3–6 years’ PQE with strong real estate finance experience gained at a leading City or international firm.
