In this role, you will support a range of professional and non-professional recruiting activities. These include sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers. You will also implement college relations, recruitment, and high school outreach programs to ensure a sustainable pipeline of candidates, while adhering to organizational policies and regulatory guidelines.
Essential Duties and Job Functions
- Conduct exempt and non-exempt recruiting by developing job descriptions, engaging with candidates, coordinating interviews, and extending offers.
- Develop and maintain applicant tracking and flow processes.
- Coordinate job postings with external agencies and media outlets.
- Lead and maintain relationships with colleges and high schools to build talent pipelines.
- Collaborate with regional HR representatives to ensure consistency in recruitment policy application.
- Advise management and applicants on hiring policies and compliance matters.
- Meet attendance expectations and be available to work extended hours if required.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in exempt and non-exempt staffing
- IT experience
Preferred Qualifications - PHR or SPHR certification
- Proven ability to work across functional teams
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to work
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of management
- Solid understanding of HR operations and compliance standards
- Strong time management, planning, and decision-making capabilities
- High level of integrity and dependability
